What?!? No Penguins!?!
This weekend's Zoo Trip was excellent, minus the penguin exhibit, which is currently under reconstruction. Got to meet a few college friends of Brandy and Barb. I was almost jealous of how grown up everyone else was. Sure, everyone is still relatively young, but somedays I just wish I had a family of my own.
Went to see Madagascar. The penguins were not the saving grace, but they did make up for the plot, which was slapdash at best. They had the best lines, and were the smartest characters.
Also got to finally finish off Barb's "Freaks and Geeks" DVDs. Nothing quite like watching the cool kid play DnD (Carlos the Dwarf).
